DETERMINATION OF FATTY ACIDS AND VITAMINS IN THE ACANTHOPHYLLUM PUNGENS PLANT COMPOSITION

This article presents the results of quantitative determination fatty acids and vitamins, contained in Acanthophyllum pungens plants, belonging to Caryophyllaceae family growing Khantagi, located near city Kentau, Turkestan region. As a result gas chromatography acids, obtained as studies plant materials, it has been found that contains 87% unsaturated 13% saturated acids. Saturated acids: myristic, palmitic, stearic, pentadecanoic while oleic, linoleic, linolenic analysis, turned out oleic linoleic are large quantities, content acid is much lower. It established water-soluble B3-nicotinic acid, B5-pantothenic B9-folic vitamins A, C, E. also relatively high vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), B6, B1, B2 D absent altogether. The phytochemical aboveground part collected during budding phase have carried accordance with methodological recommendations State Pharmacopoeia Republic Kazakhstan. Using Clarus-600 chromatography, amount (high-carbon acids) determined. A qualitative analysis by paper (PC) gas-liquid (GC). certain recommended for first time.
